Just seeing your picture made me instantly feel its very particular smell and taste, ….and the cruel lack of them both, in the same time…
Imagine : more than one and a half years since the last bait !
Ektegeitost is a kind of “Madeleine de Proust” to me (hence my nickname): it reminds me some of the happy times I spent … in Østvold, where and when I first tasted it, long ago.
Thanks for the nice picture, anyway. I even wonder if I am not going to copy it and use it as a background display for a while, if you allow it …
